Dr. Donald and Jenetha Partridge

Dr. Donald Partridge and his wife Jenetha are the proud parents/stepparents of a highly successful blending stepfamily of seven children. When Don and Jenetha met and married, they were both single parents, Don with two children and Jenetha with three. With the addition of two of their own, their blending family became truly, "Yours, mine, and ours." As a result of interacting with other single parents and stepfamilies, Don and Jenetha realized that their personal experiences and difficulties were shared by many other single parents and stepfamilies. In 1989 they both committed their future life's work to providing knowledgeable, well-researched, practical solutions for single parents and stepfamilies.

Dr. Partridge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Patten College, his Master's in Theology degree at Fuller Seminary, and his Doctor of Philosophy degree at Oxford Graduate School, focusing on issues involving remarriage. Don graduated Summa Cum Laude and was valedictorian at Patten College and valedictorian at Oxford. Don also received Oxford's Challis Award for the doctoral study most likely to benefit Christianity. Don is a standing member of Oxford's Society of Scholars.

Jenetha is a registered nurse and consultant for a national home health and hospice company.

Currently Don is on the radio 12 noon Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, KFIA AM710 in Northern California. You can hear his programs on KFIA.com. Don and Jenetha also conduct conferences and workshops throughout the country. Don and Jenetha are the founders and directors of the Institute for Family Research and Education, a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality educational assistance to single parents and stepfamilies.
